BULK WIRE 16GA · Accessories & Components
A replacement, service, interface, or modular accessory for a documented product or system.
Why operators make room for it
The small part that keeps a proven setup in service
The smallest missing interface, replacement part, or service component can stop an otherwise complete field station at the tailgate.
That is where CHA BULK WIRE 16GA enters the kit. The 16 gauge Chameleon Antenna Tinned Copper KEVLAR PTFE (-70°C to 150°C) wire has been designed by us for rugged and stealth needs and operations. It is used in all our wire and portable antenna systems such as the MPAS 2.0 , MPAS lite , EMCOMM II , TD 2.0 and many others.
The operator gets a specific way to complete, adapt, or maintain the intended product without confusing physical fit with full RF, power, environmental, or structural compatibility.

What an operator can do
- Confirm the exact product, revision, interface, size, quantity, and position the component is intended to serve.
- Install it according to the completed product or system guide.
- Treat physical fit as only one part of compatibility; verify electrical, power, and structural requirements where applicable.
Compatibility: Physical fit does not by itself establish RF, power, environmental, or structural approval. Follow a documented completed-system configuration.

BULK WIRE - 16ga
The 16 gauge Chameleon Antenna Tinned Copper KEVLAR PTFE (-70°C to 150°C) wire has been designed by us for rugged and stealth needs and operations. It is used in all our wire and portable antenna systems such as the MPAS 2.0, MPAS lite, EMCOMM II, TD 2.0 and many others.
Stranded tinned copper wire provides good electrical connectivity. The Extruded Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulation allows for use in high temperature electronic applications, and protects the wire against abrasion, chemicals, oils, and solvents. It also has excellent thermal aging, solder damage, flame, and moisture resistance. The wire conforms to MIL-spec specifications, and provides excellent uniformity for easy processing. The integrated KEVLAR fibers offer great strength, smooth surface, abrasion, heat and chemical resistant.
PROPERTIES:
Chemical:
- High temperature range from -70°C to +150°C
- Resistant against many solvents, hydraulic and transformer oils
- Resistant against organic and inorganic chemicals
- Non-flammable
- Waterproof
- Dirt-repellent–easy cleaning
- Resistant against fungal and mold infestation
- Extreme weatherproof against embrittlement and discoloration
- Resistant against strong UV radiation (no material corrosion)
- None aging
- Low outgassing
- Environmentally neutral, because chemically inert, because no additives like stabilizations, antioxidants or poisonous plasticizers which is contained in PVC • RoHS-compliant
Electrical:
- High insulation resistance with comparatively thin insulation of the wire
- High specific resistance
- •ow dielectric constant
- Very low dielectric loss factors • Relatively high power load
Mechanical:
- Very high abrasion resistance and tensile strength
- Very low static and sliding friction
- Low weight because of thin isolation
- High packing density because of thin insulation
