Build Your System is for operators who want to assemble a Chameleon station around a specific operating objective instead of beginning with a single accessory. It helps organize the major decisions behind a portable or field antenna: the radiator, feed or loading system, support, mounting method, coaxial path, and any required radial or counterpoise components.
Begin with where and how you expect to operate. Consider available space, bands, power, mode and duty cycle, setup time, terrain, wind, support height, transport size, and whether the station must change configurations. Then select a documented system or build path and confirm every required component before ordering. Modular participation does not mean that every possible combination is approved. The completed configuration, current product guides, and the lowest electrical and structural rating determine what can be used safely and effectively.
