I am a first time Chameleon Antenna customer. Where should I start?

Does Chameleon Antenna offer a military discount?

We offer discounts to military, veterans, law enforcement, and front-line emergency services personnel. Please send an email to orders@chameleonantenna.com with any convenient form of official verification for a discount code.

The ETA for my order has come and gone. Where is my order?

If you have received an order confirmation but no tracking email has yet to arrive (including in spam/junk) please first refer back to the estimated shipping lead time provided in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking or a notice of delayed shipping within 1-2 business days of that lead time please reach out to orders@chameleonantenna.com and we will act quickly to resolve the delay and/or provide additional information within 24 hours. 

I received the tracking information for my order but it is delayed. What are my options?

 I recently placed an order but never received an order confirmation from anyone at Chameleon Antenna (I checked spam/junk.)

If the order you placed was not listed as backordered but you do not receive a tracking email within 1-2 business days please send an email to orders@chameleonantenna.com with your order number (starts with 'R'.)

The ETA for my order has come and gone. Where is my order?

Shipping

I received the tracking information for my order but it is delayed. What are my options?

We understand how frustrating this situation can be and we are here to help. Please reach out to orders@chameleonantenna.com to initiate a trace and investigation into the location of your package if its tracking shows as pending or delayed for 2 or more business days.

The tracking status for my order shows the package as delivered but I never received it. 

While we do try to monitor and verify all shipments there are times that this is not possible. Please monitor your tracking status regularly and email orders@chameleonantenna.com to get this issue resolved ASAP if it occurs. If package theft is a concern please leave us a note in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout to require a signature for delivery or ship to a PO Box.

I tried to place an order but I have questions about shipping.

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

All products manufactured by Chameleon Antenna are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship. Under this warranty, Chameleon Antenna's sole responsibility is to issue credit, repair, or replace any item or part that does not meet the specified standards. No labor charges for part replacements, adjustments, repairs, or any other work will be covered unless explicitly authorized in advance by Chameleon Antenna.

If there are claims of material or workmanship defects in Chameleon Antenna's products, the company will promptly provide shipping instructions for the return of the item, with transportation charges prepaid by the buyer. It's essential to note that any claims for breaches of these warranties must be made in writing; otherwise, they will be considered waived by the buyer.

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a Return Authorization. This will allow you to either obtain a refund or make an exchange. It is important to be aware that return request will incur a 20% restocking fee.

These warranties do not cover products or parts that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, damage from severe weather conditions (including floods), exposure to corrosive substances or power surges, or any repairs or alterations performed outside of Chameleon Antenna's facilities. The warranties also do not apply to goods or parts supplied by the buyer or acquired from other sources based on the buyer's specifications. Additionally, Chameleon Antenna's warranties do not extend to other equipment and parts manufactured by third parties, except to the extent covered by the original manufacturer's warranty to Chameleon Antenna. The obligations outlined in these warranties are limited to their precise terms and serve as the exclusive remedies, replacing all other remedies, including claims for special or consequential damages.

Chameleon Antenna explicitly disclaims any other warranties, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness. No one is authorized to assume any obligation or liability on behalf of Chameleon Antenna that is not strictly in accordance with the terms mentioned above.

Products

The MPAS 2.0 MICRO and the CHA TDL both come with the HYBRID-MICRO. I do not need two of them. What is the best price/value for combining both packages?

The best route in this case would be to order the Hybrid-Mini (higher power, larger) version of the MPAS 2.0 antenna. The CHA TDL comes with a Hybrid-Micro (lower power, better portability) providing access to both advantages interchangeably. 

What info is there about waterproofing the MPAS 2.0?

The SO-239 coax connection should always be weather-proofed. The unit itself is weather-proof already. The whips should be protected from moisture using an anti-oxidant compound for anything other than a temporary installation.

How much for just the Mini/Micro unit without the wire?

The Hybrid Micro is available separately for$225 + shipping, the Hybrid Mini is available separately for $250+shipping.

Do you have any recommendations for a remote tuner that works with the F-Loop?

None currently exist but we are prototyping a new design remote tuner for the F Loop antenna.  We will have an announcement when the new unit goes into production, and we invite you to subscribe to the Chameleon Antenna newsletter to stay informed on progress with the new tuner.

How much is wire per ft. purchased from Chameleon?

Bulk wire is available in several pre-cut lengths on our website. All of our replacement finished wire sets for our antennas also come with a custom winder.
