LINK-D · Accessories & Components

A replacement, service, interface, or modular accessory for a documented product or system.

Why operators make room for it

Solve the interface problem before it stops the deployment

A dependable station often comes down to the adapter, fastener, or component packed before the operator leaves the workbench.

The CHA LINK-D is a lightweight, resonant linked dipole antenna add-on designed to complement the CHA LEFS 4010 , transforming it from a versatile end-fed half-wave antenna into a high-performance, multi-band horizontal or inverted “V” dipole.

The operator gets a specific way to complete, adapt, or maintain the intended product without confusing physical fit with full RF, power, environmental, or structural compatibility.

CHA LINK-D (Linked Dipole)

Multi-Band Resonant Dipole Add-On for CHA LEFS 4010

The CHA LINK-D is a lightweight, resonant linked dipole antenna add-on designed to complement the CHA LEFS 4010, transforming it from a versatile end-fed half-wave antenna into a high-performance, multi-band horizontal or inverted “V” dipole. Covering 40, 30, and 20 meters (7.0–14.35 MHz), the CHA LINK-D eliminates the need for an antenna tuner by providing resonant performance across each band, thanks to integrated band links that allow quick transitions between operating frequencies.

This antenna features pre-assembled, color-coded dipole wires (40M, 30M, and 20M segments) with rugged link connectors for rapid field deployment. It’s the ideal solution for Parks on the Air (POTA), Summits on the Air (SOTA), and other portable operations where reliable band agility and low SWR are critical.

Designed to be mounted on a mast or suspended from natural supports like trees, the CHA LINK-D excels in both horizontal and inverted “V” configurations. It supports Near Vertical Incident Skywave (NVIS) communication on lower bands for short to medium-range regional contacts, and low-angle DX propagation on higher bands.

Features & Benefits

  • Resonant operation on 40, 30, and 20 meters – no tuner required
  • Tool-free band switching via rugged link connectors
  • Designed exclusively for the CHA LEFS 4010 using its integrated dipole terminals and coaxial port
  • Supports both horizontal and inverted “V” setups
  • Compact, pre-assembled design for quick setup in under 10 minutes
  • Ideal for field deployment, emergency communications, and portable activations
  • Handles up to 100W SSB / 100W CW and Digital
  • SWR typically under 2:1 across all supported bands
