Why the complete system matters
The product is lightweight and visually discreet, but gutters, metal fences, stucco mesh, wet foliage, low eaves, and conductive supports can detune it and distort the pattern. Local rules and RF exposure still apply.
The assumption that breaks it
Routing the wire against a building because it is hidden may produce a quiet-looking installation with high loss, unstable SWR, or hazardous high-voltage endpoints.
Build or deploy it correctly
Survey for safe nonconductive supports and clearance, choose the guide geometry that fits, keep wire and ends away from people and metal, strain-relieve the feed assembly, test at low power, and remove it when temporary use is required.
Use the exact product guide, electrical topology, geometry, materials, loading, feed, return path, support, and environment. Mechanical fit or a visually similar arrangement does not establish electrical equivalence.
