Start with the operating decision: URT1-MB supplies a documented mechanical role and radiator interface. It does not match impedance, replace CHA URT1, authorize every 3/8-24 whip, or turn a mechanically possible stack into a supported antenna.

How the system behaves

Choose CHA URT1-MB only when a documented URT1 application needs its mechanical tuner support and 3/8-24 radiator interface for a vertical whip or CHA TDL arrangement.

The boundary that prevents mistakes

URT1-MB is a mount equipped with a rod and 3/8-24 interface. It is designed to hold CHA URT1; it is not a feed/matching unit, tuner, transformer, or complete antenna. The remote tuner and complete electrical path remain separate required components.

Use this field sequence

Attach it to the supported mount or structure, carry tuner and cable loads through the intended mechanical path, install the exact documented radiator, return, isolation, feed, and control parts, then inspect leverage and clearance before energizing the tuner.

Source boundary

CHA URT1 User Guide 260524, Applications Guide 260612, and current product record. Use the exact current configuration, components, feed, support, geometry, power, and safety limits; mechanical fit does not establish compatibility.
