Start with the operating choice: CHA WARC-D adds three focused dipole choices—30, 17, and 12 meters—to the LEFS 4010 End Assembly. Unlike a linked set, the guide describes three separate single-band dipoles.

How the documented system works

Select the complete wire pair for the desired band, attach it to the DIPOLE wing nuts, connect coax to the DIPOLE BNC, and deploy it horizontally or as an inverted-V.

The boundary that prevents mistakes

WARC-D is not a simultaneous three-band radiator and must not be confused with LINK-D or LINK-D15. The correct paired wire set, support geometry, feed point, and final SWR all matter.

Use this field sequence

Choose and label the band pair on the ground, inspect both legs, deploy them symmetrically, keep unused wire sets packed, and verify the completed antenna at low power before transmitting.
