MPAS READY Compatibility with the CHA MCC 2.0

MPAS READY compatibility with the MCC 2.0 exists only through a documented complete antenna recipe. The PRV 2.0 guide currently names SS58, MIL WHIP, SS17, SINGLE EXT, CHA BLANK, PUCK HUB, supported mounts, and counterpoise arrangements in specific positions.

Product Compatibility CHA MCC 2.0 Reviewed 2026-07-14
Start with the complete system: MPAS READY compatibility with the MCC 2.0 exists only through a documented complete antenna recipe. The PRV 2.0 guide currently names SS58, MIL WHIP, SS17, SINGLE EXT, CHA BLANK, PUCK HUB, supported mounts, and counterpoise arrangements in specific positions.

What the product controls

A SINGLE EXT below the MCC is an active lower radiator in the center-loaded vertical. A PUCK HUB accepts the documented banana-plug counterpoises. The CHA BLANK creates the RF feed point. Those roles cannot be shuffled by thread fit.

The boundary that prevents mistakes

The current guide does not document an SS25 MCC/PRV configuration, so an SS25 must not be presented as supported with the MCC 2.0. Shared 3/8-24 threads prove only mechanical engagement.

Use this field sequence

Use the System Builder or exact guide recipe, verify every component and position, preserve the named radial interface, and treat any unlisted radiator or structural stack as unverified until Chameleon publishes it.

Source boundary

CHA PRV 2.0 User Guide 260504. The current guide for the exact product and completed configuration controls. A shared connector or 3/8-24 thread does not prove electrical, power, or structural compatibility.
