Sloper
Raise the far end 25-40 ft where one useful elevated support is available.
Lightweight 65-foot end-fed half-wave HF antenna
Full-size HF wire without full-size field baggage
CHA LEFS 4010 puts a full 65-foot HF radiator into a field package weighing about 1.1 pounds. Raise it as a sloper, inverted V, inverted L, horizontal wire, or low horizontal NVIS antenna when a permanent tower or full-size base installation is not practical.
The supplied EFHW wire covers 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters without changing the radiator. A suitable tuner expands practical operation, while optional LINK-D, LINK-D15, and WARC-D wire sets turn the same end assembly into documented resonant dipole configurations.

Choose the deployment, not just the hardware
Each card describes a complete guide-controlled path. Connector fit alone does not create another supported configuration.
Raise the far end 25-40 ft where one useful elevated support is available.
Use the floating isolation ring and available supports to fit the controlled 65-foot wire into the site.
Use a horizontal deployment for broadside coverage or the guide's low-height regional/NVIS path.
Configuration boundary: the 65-foot EFHW and each optional dipole wire set are different complete radiators. Use the exact supported wire, link positions, feed arrangement, height, and geometry before applying a pattern or SWR reference.

"Excellent quality and build. Easy to use except for the way Chameleon packaged the Link-Dipole wires. Both Link-Dipole wires are wound on a single winder. It’s near impossible to unwind the two wires without them twisting and tangling together. The first thing I did was to add a 2nd winder so each dipole element had it’s own winder. Something that Chameleon should have done for such a minimal cost. That said, once I separated the wires, the setup onto a portable mast was easily and quickly done. The performance was quite good with low SWR on each of dipole's 3 bands so it did not requiring a tuner. I have not tested the EFHW but expect it will perform as well as the dipole."
"This works out great for my POTA gear bag!"
"Great portable and light weight for field work."
"Function properly!"
"First off let me say that all the products I've received from Chameleon have been first class all the way. This antenna was purchased because I needed the feed point hookup that I didn't get when I bought the D15, so now I'm all set to use both antennas. This one is very easy to deploy and I like its portability for getting out in the field. For what this antenna is and what it does, it doesn't come with any disappointment. In other words, you'll call this a good purchase. Enjoy!!"
"Wow, bought the linked dipole version and amazed this is very light. Setup both the linked dipole and a hundred feet away from my all time favorite the Tactical Delta Loop and this worked stations the TDL couldn't. Got it up about 15-20 feet and SWR is <2:1 across 10-40m. Thank you Chameleon for another win!"
"Easy to setup, good resonance on most bands, very portable setup and neat transportation"
"Used the antenna first time this weekend during Field Day…Easy to erect and no tuning required…I am happy with the antenna"
"This excellent antenna is the perfect EFHW for POTA operations. The build quality is the usual Chameleon standard we’ve come to expect. The antenna works right out of the box without a tuner across all the advertised bands. I would recommend this antenna to anyone. 73"
"Terrific telescoping antenna. Quickest service around! Thank you Chameleon."
