PORTA-MOUNTS · Mounting & Support
A base, clamp, adapter, bracket, stake, or mount for a documented portable installation.
Why operators make room for it
CHA PORTA-MOUNTS: create a stable support point for the intended antenna
CHA PORTA-MOUNTS solves the support or mounting problem that must be handled before the intended antenna can be deployed safely and repeatably.
Anodized aluminum " MAST TOPPER " allows mounting antennas with a 3/8x24 stud mount such as our MPAS 2. 0, MPAS Lite, TDL, RXL Pro or other similarly mounted antennas, or antennas that use U bolts or clamps. See the Porta Mast user guide for antenna weight and wind loading limits. Topper dimensions are 1.
The practical value of CHA PORTA-MOUNTS is the operating position it makes possible. Think through the antenna above it, the surface or structure below it, and every adapter or stability component between them. A defined support chain gives a newcomer a repeatable installation and gives an existing owner another documented way to deploy equipment already in the kit.
Choose the support only after confirming the antenna load, leverage, wind exposure, base or attachment surface, adapter chain, and any guying requirement. The strongest sales story is a truthful one: show the supported installations it enables and keep unsupported combinations out of the recommendation path.

Plan the complete setup
See what this product is best suited for, what the documented setup needs, and the boundaries to confirm before deployment.
- Best for
Good portable mounting is not glamorous until the wind rises and the operator realizes the entire antenna depends on it.
- What else you need
Confirm the antenna load, leverage, wind area, adapter, sleeve, fastener, and guying requirements.
- Compatible with
Confirm every thread, sleeve, adapter, clamp surface, and required fastener
- Limitations
Verify leverage, wind area, adapters, fasteners, and guying
What an operator can do
- Attach the mount to the approved surface, vehicle point, ground location, or support.
- Confirm the antenna load, leverage, wind area, adapter, sleeve, fastener, and guying requirements.
- Re-check stability and fastener tension after deployment and whenever weather or loading changes.
